Just wanted to share the amazing job that Victor of Toltec Remodeling & Construction, Inc. did on our house. We had dry rot underneath our original porch - so they completely fixed this issue + designed a whole new porch structure based on a few of my sketches. Victor & his whole team were professional, super fast, high quality craftsmen, on schedule, and on budget! They are a local to Richmond business. We will be using Toltec for all future jobs. I reached out to Victor to replace 2 wooden gates to our backyard. I had previously contacted 4 others who did not respond, and Victor responded very quickly! He was very communicative, and after setting up a time to look at our yard, he sent over an estimate within 24 hours. The gate install went very quickly, and they look great! He even problem-solved for us so that we wouldn't have the same issue as our old gate - the open side was sagging badly on both of our gates. Victor put a wheel on the new gates so that we won't have that problem.
